What they need
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์การขายเชิงรุกเพื่อเพิ่มส่วนแบ่งการตลาดและบรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายของบริษัท
- วิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง เทรนด์ตลาด และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคเพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงแผนงานให้ทันสมัย
- บริหารจัดการทีมขาย กำหนด KPI ติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน และให้คำแนะนำ บริหารและสอนงานทีมขาย (Coaching) เพื่อผลักดันยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้า
- เจรจาต่อรองและปิดดีลโครงการสำคัญ พร้อมสร้างเครือข่ายธุรกิจใหม่ๆและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีในระยะยาว
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาด ทำสรุปยอดขาย และคาดการณ์แนวโน้ม (Forecast)
คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานขายอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- มีทักษะการโน้มน้าวใจสูง
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง (Negotiation) และทักษะการนำเสนอ (Presentation) ที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- มีความยืดหยุ่นเรื่องเวลาการทำงาน สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนเวลาปฏิบัติงานตามหน้างานและปริมาณงาน (Project-based)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน) สามารถสื่อสารภาษาเกาหลีได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี มีความเป็นผู้นำ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
