Sales Assistant / ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย

Location / สถานที่ทำงาน: Pathum Thani, Khlong Luang (ปทุมธานี คลองหลวง)
Salary / เงินเดือน: 15,000 THB per month / 15,000 บาทต่อเดือน

We are looking for an active and responsible Sales Assistant to support our sales team at a food manufacturing factory.

บริษัทกำลังมองหา ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย ที่มีความกระตือรือร้นและมีความรับผิดชอบ เพื่อร่วมงานในโรงงานผลิตอาหาร

Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist with preparing and completing documents.
  ช่วยจัดเตรียมและกรอกเอกสาร
• Call potential customers and arrange meetings.
  โทรติดต่อลูกค้าใหม่และนัดหมายเข้าพบ
• Visit potential customers and retail stores.
  เดินทางไปพบลูกค้าและร้านค้าเป้าหมาย
• Distribute product samples.
  แจกและส่งมอบตัวอย่างสินค้า
• Communicate with Instagram influencers/bloggers.
  ติดต่อและประสานงานกับอินฟลูเอนเซอร์หรือบล็อกเกอร์บน Instagram
• Send product samples to influencers.
  จัดส่งตัวอย่างสินค้าให้กับอินฟลูเอนเซอร์
• Follow up and check whether videos or reviews have been published.
  ติดตามและตรวจสอบว่ามีการโพสต์วิดีโอหรือรีวิวตามที่ตกลงไว้หรือไม่
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
  ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายมอบหมาย

Requirements / คุณสมบัติ

• Good communication skills.
  มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
• Responsible and well organized.
  มีความรับผิดชอบและจัดการงานได้ดี
• Able to use a smartphone and social media.
  สามารถใช้สมาร์ทโฟนและโซเชียลมีเดียได้
• Willing to travel to meet customers.
  สามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าได้
• Basic document preparation skills.
  มีทักษะพื้นฐานในการจัดทำเอกสาร
