รับผิดชอบในการติดตาม การรักษาสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับลูกค้าเดิม พัฒนาหาลูกค้าใหม่เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายให้กับบริษัท ติดตามการประเมินความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการของลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งปรับปรุง และแก้ไขการให้บริการให้เป็นที่พึงพอใจอย่างสูงสุด และประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
-มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน
-มีทักษะทางการสื่อสารดี
-สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษสื่อสารทางอีเมลล์ได้
-มีใจรักในงานบริการ ,อดทนต่อสภาวะกดดันได้ดี
-ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี
-เงินเดือนขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์ ต่อรองได้
