What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ดำเนินงานด้าน Bancassurance Distribution Management ประสานงานกับผู้บริหารช่องทาง อาทิ ผู้จัดการภาค/ผู้จัดการสาขา และพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ขยายธุรกิจประกัน ในการวางแผนและผลักดันยอดธุรกิจประกัน AIA, BLA และ BKI ของธนาคารให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหา ประสานงานสาขา/ช่องทางการขายที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงติดต่อกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจประกันภัยและประกันชีวิต เพื่อให้การขยายธุรกิจประกันประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
- วิเคราะห์ จัดทำข้อมูลสนับสนุนการบริหาร Portfolio ของผลิตภัณฑ์ประกัน ติดตามและกระตุ้นยอดขายช่องทางต่างๆให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของธนาคาร
- วางแผนพัฒนา Sales Quality และ Productivity และประสานงานจัดอบรม พัฒนา เพิ่มความรู้ทักษะการขยายธุรกิจประกันให้กับช่องทางการขายที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างต่อเนื่อง
คุณสมบัติ
- การศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิชาบริหารธุรกิจและสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ ประสบการณ์ในผลิตภัณฑ์ประกัน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน แก้ไขปัญหา
- สื่อความคล่องแคล่ว เจรจาต่อรองได้ดี
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และ Powerpoint ได้ดี
