3. ควบคุมดูแลและกระตุ้นทีมขายเพื่อให้ได้เป้าการขาย
4.มองหากลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมายใหม่ๆ
5. สร้างยอดขายจากช่องทางลูกค้าเก่า และใหม่
6. ควบคุมดูแลให้คำปรึกษากับพนักงานขาย
7.ประเมินและติดตามผลการทำงานของทีม

9.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและปรับกลยุทธการขาย
