Requirements

ภาพรวมตำแหน่งงาน: รับผิดชอบในการบริหารจัดการและขยายความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า นำเสนอโซลูชันทางการเงิน และสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้แก่ลูกค้า โดยจะมุ่งเน้นไปที่การจัดหาลูกค้าใหม่ และนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ "ขายฝาก" ให้กับลูกค้า

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (What you will do):

• สรรหาลูกค้าใหม่
• บริหารยอดขาย
• บริหารความเสี่ยง
• อัปเดตข้อมูลตลาด

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (What we are looking for):

• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านสินเชื่อที่มีอสังหาริมทรัพย์เป็นหลักประกันมากกว่า 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานขายผลิตภัณฑ์ขายฝาก
• มีใจรักการบริการ (Customer-centric) และมีแนวทางการทำงานเชิงรุก
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบด้านการเงินและการบริหารความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและข้อบังคับด้านสินเชื่อและอสังหาริมทรัพย์
