หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- ประสานงานขาย: ติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างทีมขาย ลูกค้า (โรงพยาบาล คลินิก ร้านขายยา) และหน่วยงานภายใน เช่น คลังสินค้า เพื่อสนับสนุนให้บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขาย
- จัดการเอกสาร: จัดทำใบเสนอราคา (Quotation) ใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order) และเอกสารประมูลงานราชการ/โรงพยาบาล
- จัดทำรายงาน: จัดทำรายงานยอดขายประจำสัปดาห์ (Weekly Sales Report) เพื่อแจ้งผลการดำเนินงานแก่ทีมขายและผู้บังคับบัญชา
- สนับสนุนข้อมูลการขาย: จัดเตรียมข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ สต็อกสินค้า และข้อมูลการขาย เพื่อส่งต่อให้ทีมขายและทีมเภสัชวิจารณญาณ (Pharmacovigilance) นำไปใช้สร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้ลูกค้า
- จัดการกรณีพิเศษ: ประสานงานกับผู้จัดจำหน่ายในการยืมวัคซีน/ชีวเวชภัณฑ์ และกรณีการเรียกคืนผลิตภัณฑ์จากท้องตลาด (Product Recall)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- มีความมุ่งมั่น ตั้งใจ และรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานได้
