1.Call Operations (Inbound + Outbound)
รับสายลูกค้า (Inbound) ตอบข้อสงสัย ดูแล complaint และส่งต่อตามมาตรฐาน SLA
โทรออก (Outbound) ติดตามลูกค้าเดิม เชิญต่ออายุกรมธรรม์ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์
ติดต่อลูกค้าคนพิเศษของธนาคาร (พนักงาน KTB) แนะนำสวัสดิการประกันและให้ข้อมูล
2.Data & Strategy
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้า conversion rate, renewal rate, drop-off points เพื่อหา insight
จัดทำรายงานและ dashboard เสนอหัวหน้างาน พร้อมเสนอแนวทางเพิ่มยอดขาย/Renewal
โทรสำรวจความพึงพอใจ (Customer Survey) และนำข้อมูลมาปรับ workflow
งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย พร้อมเรียนรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่อง
