หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Serve as the primary operational contact for key customers.

• Ensure timely communication regarding shipment status, schedule changes, and operational issues.

• Resolve customer complaints and operational escalations professionally.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, overseas offices, and business partners.

• Oversee the complete ocean export process from booking to final shipment departure.

• Coordinate bookings with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents.

• Monitor vessel schedules and proactively manage shipment delays or disruptions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in ocean freight export operations within the freight forwarding industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding systems (CargoWise, SAP, ERP, or TMS).

• Good command of written and spoken English.
