- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ บริหาร จัดการ และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานและวินัยในการทำงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ตรวจเยี่ยมร้านค้าเพื่อติดตามการทำงานของพนักงาน แก้ไขปัญหาและหาวิธีการปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงาน ของพนักงานจัดเรียงสินค้า พร้อมทั้งรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อรับทราบ และนำข้อมูลไปพัฒนาต่อไป
- ให้ข้อมูลความรู้ คำปรึกษา แนะนำการปฏิบัติงานแก่พนักงานจัดเรียงสินค้า พนักงานเก่า พนักงานใหม่
People
- บริหารจัดการ สรรหากำลังคนให้ครบจำนวน และครอบคลุมพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
- ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เพื่อรับ - ส่งข้อมูล และปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Report
- รวบรวมข้อมูล จัดทำ และตรวจสอบเอกสารให้ถูกต้องและส่งตามที่กำหนด
คุณสมบัติ
- ประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี ด้านบริหารจัดการพนักงานตั้งแต่ 10 คนขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีทักษะด้านการขาย การนำเสนอสินค้า
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และสามารถเดินทางไปตรวจพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัดได้
