ผู้จัดการฝ่ายรักษาความปลอดภัย (Security Manager)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities)

1. การวางแผนและบริหารจัดการระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย (Security Planning & Management)

• กำหนดนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยภายในองค์กร

• พัฒนาและบริหารแผนป้องกันความปลอดภัย รวมถึงมาตรการรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉิน

• ติดตามและตรวจสอบระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบริหารและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อปรับปรุงแนวทางรักษาความปลอดภัย

• Establish security policies and procedures for the organization

• Develop and manage security plans, including emergency response strategies

• Monitor and assess security systems to ensure compliance with set standards

• Collaborate with management and related agencies to enhance security measures

2. การบริหารและกำกับดูแลทีมรักษาความปลอดภัย (Security Team Management & Supervision)

• บริหารจัดการทีมงานรักษาความปลอดภัยให้ปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

• จัดทำตารางเวรและกำหนดหน้าที่ของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย

• ให้คำแนะนำและฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการรักษาความปลอดภัย

• ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของทีมรักษาความปลอดภัย และพัฒนาแนวทางปรับปรุง

• Manage and oversee security personnel to ensure effective operations

• Develop duty rosters and assign responsibilities to security staff

• Provide training and guidance on security protocols and standards

• Evaluate security team performance and implement improvement strategies

3. การป้องกันและจัดการเหตุฉุกเฉิน (Emergency Response & Risk Management)

• ออกแบบแผนรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉิน เช่น ไฟไหม้ การบุกรุก หรือเหตุการณ์ที่อาจเป็นภัยต่อองค์กร

• ตรวจสอบและทดสอบระบบแจ้งเตือนและอุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัยเป็นประจำ

• เป็นผู้นำในกรณีเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• วิเคราะห์เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นและเสนอแนะมาตรการป้องกันในอนาคต

• Develop emergency response plans for incidents such as fires, intrusions, or threats

• Regularly inspect and test alarm systems and security equipment

• Lead emergency responses and coordinate with relevant authorities

• Analyze security incidents and propose preventive measures

4. การเฝ้าระวังและตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย (Security Monitoring & Inspection)

• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการเข้าถึงพื้นที่สำคัญภายในองค์กร

• ตรวจตราความปลอดภัยของอาคาร สถานที่ และทรัพย์สินขององค์กร

• บริหารจัดการกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) และระบบเฝ้าระวังอื่นๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

• จัดทำรายงานด้านความปลอดภัยและเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง

• Monitor and control access to restricted areas within the organization

• Conduct security checks on premises, buildings, and company assets

• Manage CCTV surveillance systems and other security monitoring tools

• Prepare security reports and suggest improvements

5. การบริหารความเสี่ยงและการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย (Risk Management & Compliance)

• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยและกำหนดแนวทางป้องกันที่เหมาะสม

• ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายกฎหมายและฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย

• Ensure security operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements

• Analyze security risks and develop appropriate preventive measures

• Collaborate with legal and HR departments on security policies and requirements

• Review and update security policies to align with organizational needs

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications & Requirements)

การศึกษาและประสบการณ์ (Education & Experience)

• ปริญญาตรีในสาขาความปลอดภัย อาชญาวิทยา การบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ในด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างน้อย 5-10 ปี และเคยบริหารทีมรักษาความปลอดภัย

• หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องการมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสูง เช่น โรงแรม ห้างสรรพสินค้า หรือสถานที่ราชการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายด้านความปลอดภัย และการจัดการเหตุฉุกเฉิน

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or related fields

• 5-10 years of experience in security, including team management

• Experience in high-security industries such as hotels, shopping malls, or government institutions is a plus

• Strong knowledge of security laws and emergency response management
