What they need
- ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชี เช่น Bank Reconciliation และรายการคงค้างต่าง ๆ
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลเวลา/ค่าใช้จ่าย/เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อนบันทึกหรือส่งต่อ
- ดูแลเอกสารภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
- สนับสนุนการปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและจัดทำรายงานทางบัญชี
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางบัญชีและการเงินเบื้องต้น เช่น รายได้ ค่าใช้จ่าย ต้นทุน และ Cash Flow
- ตรวจสอบรายการผิดปกติ และสรุปประเด็นให้ Management เข้าใจได้
- ประสานงานกับทีมภายใน ผู้ทำบัญชี ที่ปรึกษาบัญชี/การเงิน และผู้สอบบัญชี
- ช่วยปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการทำงานและระบบควบคุมภายในเพื่อลดความผิดพลาดและงานตกหล่น
