Senior Accountant

About the role

Manage accounts receivable for all channels: Modern Trade, dealers, online and retail stores. Review sales entries, tax invoices, credit notes and receipts in PEAK and Microsoft Dynamics systems. Reconcile consignment sales, Marketplace payouts, and cash/credit card transactions. Manage dealer credit limits, follow up on overdue balances and prepare AR Aging reports. Handle withholding tax certificates and VAT reporting. Coach the Accountant – AR team member and prepare month-end closing analysis by sales channel.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

* ดูแลงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ทุกช่องทาง ได้แก่ Modern Trade ตัวแทนจำหน่าย ออนไลน์ และหน้าร้าน

* ตรวจทานการบันทึกยอดขาย การออกใบกำกับภาษี ใบลดหนี้ และการรับชำระเงินในระบบ PEAK และ Microsoft Dynamics

* กระทบยอดขายฝากขาย (Consignment) กับรายงานยอดขายของห้าง และตรวจค่า GP ค่าธรรมเนียม และรายการหักต่าง ๆ

* กระทบยอดเงินโอนจาก Marketplace (เช่น Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) กับยอดขายและค่าธรรมเนียม

* กระทบยอดเงินสดและบัตรเครดิต (EDC) ของหน้าร้านกับยอดเงินเข้าธนาคาร

* ดูแลวงเงินและเครดิตเทอมของตัวแทนจำหน่าย ติดตามหนี้ค้างชำระ และจัดทำ AR Aging

* ติดตามหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย (50 ทวิ) และตรวจรายงานภาษีขาย

* ตรวจทานและสอนงาน Accountant – AR

* เตรียมงานปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนด้าน AR และวิเคราะห์ยอดขายแยกตามช่องทาง

* ประสานงานกับห้างสรรพสินค้า ตัวแทนจำหน่าย ทีมขาย ทีมออนไลน์ สำนักงานบัญชีภายนอก และผู้สอบบัญชี

* ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

* ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี

* ประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 3 ปี โดยทำงาน AR อย่างน้อย 2 ปี

* ถ้าเคยกระทบยอดกับห้างสรรพสินค้า (Consignment) หรือ Marketplace จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

* มีความรู้ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย

* ใช้ Excel ได้ดี (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table)

* ถ้าเคยใช้ PEAK หรือ Microsoft Dynamics จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

* ละเอียดรอบคอบ ทำงานทันกำหนดเวลา และประสานงานได้ดี

* ถ้าสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Responsibilities

* Manage accounts receivable for all channels: Modern Trade, dealers, online and retail stores

* Review sales entries, tax invoices, credit notes and receipts in PEAK and Microsoft Dynamics

* Reconcile consignment sales with department store sales reports, including GP, fees and other deductions

* Reconcile Marketplace payouts (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) against sales and platform fees

* Reconcile cash and credit card (EDC) sales from retail stores against bank deposits

* Manage dealer credit limits and terms, follow up on overdue balances and prepare the AR Aging report

* Follow up on withholding tax certificates and review the output VAT report

* Review the work of the Accountant – AR and coach them

* Prepare AR month-end closing and analyze sales by channel

* Work with department stores, dealers, the sales and online teams, the outsourced accounting firm and auditors

* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting

* At least 3 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in AR

* Experience reconciling department store consignment sales or Marketplace payouts is a strong advantage

* Knowledge of Thai VAT and withholding tax

* Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table)

* Experience with PEAK or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage

* Detail-oriented, meets deadlines and coordinates well with others

* Basic English communication is an advantage
