What they need
- บันทึกยอดขายรายวัน
- รับชำระยอดขายรายวัน
- จัดทำรายงานและกระทบยอดภาษีขาย
- ติดตามยอดค้างชำระจากลูกค้า
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้และใบกำกับภาษี (ถ้ามี)
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารและบันทึกเงินสดย่อยของสาขาและสำนักงานใหญ่
- บันทึกรายการเงินทดรองจ่าย/เงินเคลียร์เงินทดรองจ่าย (Advance/Clear Advance)
- บันทึกรายการเงินสำรองจ่าย (Employee Reimburse)
- จัดทำรายงานและนำส่งภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย เช่น ภงด.1,ภงด.2,ภงด.3,ภงด.53,ภงด.54 ,ภพ.36,ภพ.30
- บันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย เช่น ค่าเช่า ค่าสาธารณูปโภค ค่าบริการ
- กระทบยอดบัญชีเพื่อปิดงบรายเดือน เช่นบัญชีธนาคาร ลูกหนี้การค้า ภาษีถูกหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภาษีขายไม่ถึงกำหนด ค่าใช้จ่ายจ่ายล่วงหน้า ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย
- ติดตามและตรวจสอบรายการภาษีถูกหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับบุคคลภายนอก เช่น สรรพากร ธนาคาร และ งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications & Experience:
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการปิดภาษีรายเดือน
- มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญเรื่องเครดิต/เดบิต
