Cloud Infrastructure และ Digital Solutions ขององค์กร พร้อมยกระดับการทำงานด้วย Automation, DevOps และ
Cloud Technology

🔹 หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ดูแลและบริหาร Private Cloud Infrastructure ครอบคลุม Compute, Virtualization, Storage, Network, OS และ Platform Services
• วางแผน Capacity, Lifecycle, Patch, Upgrade และ Change Management พร้อมประเมิน Risk และจัดทำ Rollback Plan
• พัฒนาและดูแล Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation ด้วย Git, Terraform, Ansible หรือเครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ออกแบบและปรับปรุง CI/CD Pipeline ให้รองรับ Testing, Security Check, Approval, Deployment และ Rollback
• ดูแล Docker & Kubernetes ทั้ง Cluster, Network, Storage, Ingress, Certificate, RBAC และ Secret Management
• ดูแลและยกระดับ Infrastructure Security เช่น Least Privilege, Hardening, Patching, Vulnerability Management, Logging และ Encryption
• จัดทำ Monitoring & Observability พร้อม Metrics, Logs, Traces, Dashboard และ Alert รวมถึง Incident Management และ Root Cause Analysis
• ดูแล Backup, Replication, Restore และ Disaster Recovery ให้สอดคล้องกับ RPO/RTO ที่กำหนด
• จัดทำ Architecture Diagram, Technical Standard, Inventory, Runbook และ Change Documentation
• ให้คำปรึกษาด้าน Technical Solution และถ่ายทอดความรู้แก่ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประยุกต์ใช้ AI Tools ที่บริษัทอนุมัติ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา สร้าง Script และจัดทำเอกสาร โดยคำนึงถึงความถูกต้องและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

🔹 คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cloud Computing หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Cloud / DevOps / Infrastructure / System Engineering 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ดูแล Private Cloud / Enterprise Infrastructure และระบบ Virtualization
• มีความรู้ด้าน Linux / Windows Server, Compute, Storage และ Network
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Terraform / Ansible / Git และ CI/CD
• มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Docker & Kubernetes ใน Production Environment
• มีความเข้าใจด้าน DevSecOps, IAM/RBAC, Hardening, Vulnerability Management, Encryption และ Secrets Management
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Monitoring, Logging, Observability, Incident Management และ Root Cause Analysis
• มีความรู้ด้าน Backup, Replication, Disaster Recovery และ RPO/RTO
• มีทักษะด้าน Scripting / Automation เช่น Bash, Python หรือ PowerShell
• หากมีประสบการณ์ AWS / Azure, Helm, GitOps, Prometheus, Grafana หรือ ELK/OpenSearch จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะ Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Communication และ Technical Leadership
• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีม Software, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data & AI และ Project Team ได้เป็นอย่างดี
