- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการขององค์กรและคู่ค้าเพื่อออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมระบบ Network, Server, Security และ Cloud Storage ตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ออกแบบระบบ Network, Server, Security และ Cloud Storage ให้มีเสถียรภาพ ความปลอดภัย และประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด
- จัดทำ blueprints และเลือกสรรอุปกรณ์ให้เหมาะสมกับโครงการของลูกค้า
- Technical Governance & Support
- เป็นแกนหลักและจุดรับช่วงต่อในการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคระดับซับซ้อนขั้นสูง (Advanced Troubleshooting / Tier 3) สำหรับระบบภายในและลูกค้าภายใต้สัญญา MA
- ควบคุมและอนุมัติมาตรฐานงาน configuration ของทีมช่างหน้างาน ตลอดจนจัดทำคู่มือมาตรฐาน (SOP) และถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ให้ต่าง ๆ ให้แก่ทีม
- Strategic Support
- ประสานงานด้านเทคนิคเชิงลึกร่วมกับ IT Director และพาร์ทเนอร์เทคโนโลยีระดับสากล เพื่อลงทะเบียนระบบและจัดหาโซลูชันควบคุมดูแลโฟลว์งานและส่งมอบโครงการในทางเทคนิคให้เสร็จสิ้นตามกรอบเวลา
