Senior IT Procurement - IT Implementation & Commercial

Job Purpose :

รับผิดชอบงานจัดซื้อและการบริหารเชิงพาณิชย์สำหรับโครงการ IT Implementation และ IT Transformation ขนาดกลางถึงขนาดใหญ่ โดยเน้นการวิเคราะห์ Scope, Resource Plan, Man-day, Rate Card และ Cost Structure ของ Vendor เพื่อให้บริษัทได้รับต้นทุน เงื่อนไขทางการค้า และสัญญาที่เหมาะสม รวมถึงลดความเสี่ยงจาก Scope Gap, Change Request และ Project Cost Overrun

Key Responsibilities :

• รับผิดชอบกระบวนการ Sourcing และ Procurement สำหรับโครงการ IT เช่น ERP, Core Enterprise Software, System Integration, CRM, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure และ Digital Transformation
• ดูแลกระบวนการตั้งแต่ Requirement, RFP/RFQ, Vendor Evaluation, Commercial Negotiation จนถึง Contract Award
• วิเคราะห์ Commercial Proposal และ Cost Structure ของ Vendor โดยเฉพาะ Implementation Cost, Consulting Fee, Development Cost, Man-day / Resource Effort, Rate Card, Resource Mix และ Project Duration
• วิเคราะห์และ Challenge Resource Plan ของ Vendor เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมของจำนวน Man-day ระดับ Resource และระยะเวลาที่เสนอ
• ร่วมกับ IT / Project Team ในการ Challenge Scope, Deliverables, Assumptions, Dependencies, Acceptance Criteria และ Change Request
• เจรจา Commercial Terms เช่น Fixed Price / Time & Material, Payment Milestone, Warranty, Hypercare, SLA, Penalty / Service Credit, Maintenance / Support Fee และ Change Request Mechanism
• จัดทำ Commercial Comparison, Cost Benchmark และ Total Cost Analysis เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเลือก Vendor
• ตรวจสอบและเจรจา Contract / MSA / SOW / SLA / DPA / Software Commercial Terms ร่วมกับ IT และ Legal
• สนับสนุนการบริหาร Project Cost, Cost Saving และ Cost Avoidance
• บริหาร Commercial และ Procurement Risk ตลอดโครงการ
• บริหาร Vendor และประสานงานกับ IT, Project Management, Finance, Legal และ Business Users

Qualifications :

• Education ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Procurement, IT Sourcing, Project Procurement หรือ Commercial Management อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• ต้องมีประสบการณ์โดยตรงในการจัดซื้อหรือเจรจาโครงการ IT Implementation / System Integration
• มีประสบการณ์ในอย่างน้อยหนึ่งประเภท: ERP / Core Enterprise Software Implementation, System Integration, Cloud Migration / Cloud Infrastructure, CRM หรือ Digital Transformation
• มีประสบการณ์จัดซื้อหรือเจรจาโครงการ IT มูลค่าสูง และสามารถอธิบายโครงสร้างต้นทุนของโครงการได้
