วางแผน คิดค้นรูปแบบกิจกรรม (Event) และรายการส่งเสริมการขาย (Promotion) แคมเปญต่างๆ เพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขายและดึงดูดลูกค้าให้เข้ามาใช้บริการ
ควบคุม ดูแล และบริหารจัดการการจัดงานอีเวนต์และโปรโมชั่นให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน งบประมาณ และกรอบเวลาที่กำหนดตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ
ติดต่อประสานงานและเจรจาต่อรองกับหน่วยงานภายนอก (เช่น ออร์แกไนเซอร์, ซัพพลายเออร์, เอเจนซี่, พาร์ทเนอร์ และร้านค้าเช่า) รวมถึงหน่วยงานภายใน
ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของทีมงานหรือออร์แกไนเซอร์หน้างาน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการจัดกิจกรรมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
