Senior Utility & Facility Solution Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Utility & Facility Solution Engineer to develop and deliver engineering solutions for industrial utility and facility systems, including HVAC, BMS/iBMS, CPMS/EPMS, Data Center, Chilled Water, Compressed Air, and Water Systems.

The role covers solution design, technical proposal development, tendering, cost estimation, project execution, commissioning, and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities | หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and design engineering solutions for HVAC, BMS/iBMS, CPMS/EPMS, Data Center, and Utility Systems, including Chilled Water, Compressed Air, and Water Systems.

• Analyze customer requirements and define project scope based on TOR, Technical Specifications, P&ID, SLD, and other engineering documents.

• Prepare Technical Proposals, BOQ, Cost Estimation, System Architecture, and engineering documentation.

• Lead and support Tender/Bidding activities, including technical compliance review, risk analysis, and vendor coordination.

• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvement and system optimization.
  • วิเคราะห์และหาแนวทางเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงาน รวมถึงการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบ
• Support Business Development and Pre-sales activities through technical consultation and solution presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, BMS, Utility Systems, Industrial Automation, Data Center Infrastructure, or related engineering solutions.
• Experience in Solution Design, Tender/Bidding, Proposal Preparation, Cost Estimation, or EPC projects.
• Good knowledge of Utility & Facility Systems such as HVAC, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Compressed Air, and Water Systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents such as P&ID, PFD, SLD, Layout, TOR, and Technical Specifications.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, Cost Estimation, and Technical Proposal development.
• Knowledge or experience in system integration such as DDC, PLC, SCADA, BMS, and Communication Protocols.
• Experience in Project Coordination or Project Management is an advantage.
• Experience in industrial plants, large facilities, or Data Center projects is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work on-site and travel when required.
