- ดูแลบริหารลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการให้เกิดความพึงพอใจรวมถึงยอดรายได้ให้เป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
- บริหารทีมบริการหลังการขายให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท
- ดูแลและรับผิดชอบการให้บริการของศูนย์บริการด้านการรับรถการซ่อม ควบคุมสต๊อคอะไหล่ และตรวจสอบงานซ่อมให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่บริษัทกำหนด
- จัดการปัญหาของลูกค้าทั้งหมดร่วมกับผู้จัดการแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- บุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับศูนย์บริการรถยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
