Shift Leader

About the role

As a Shift Leader at ALINK OPTO TECH(THAILAND) CO., LTD.', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing. This full-time position is based in Ayutthaya, and you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of your assigned shift.

What you'll be doing

1. Ensure smooth operations in the designated production area during assigned shift
   ดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่การผลิตที่รับผิดชอบดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นในช่วงเวลาการทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
2. Lead and supervise production staff, organizing daily activities to maintain workflow and performance
   ควบคุมและดูแลพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต พร้อมจัดการงานประจำวันเพื่อรักษาประสิทธิภาพและความต่อเนื่องของการทำงาน
3. Guarantee timely and accurate material supply to avoid production interruptions
   ดูแลให้มีการจัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบอย่างถูกต้องและตรงเวลา เพื่อป้องกันการหยุดชะงักของการผลิต
4. Monitor production target to ensure both quantity and quality objective are achieved
   ติดตามเป้าหมายการผลิตเพื่อให้บรรลุทั้งด้านปริมาณและคุณภาพตามที่กำหนด
5. Adapt work process to align with the department's objectives
   ปรับปรุงและประยุกต์กระบวนการทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของแผนก
6. Support and drive personnel to perform work in alignment with quality and occupational safety standards
   สนับสนุนและผลักดันให้พนักงานปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
7. Quick alert to management on time once production issue happening
   รายงานและแจ้งปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการผลิตต่อผู้บริหารอย่างทันท่วงทีเมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์ขึ้น

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, or a related field
   สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. Experience 3–5 years in manufacturing process (Leader or supervisor level)
   มีประสบการณ์ด้านกระบวนการผลิต 3–5 ปี ในระดับหัวหน้างานหรือซูเปอร์ไวเซอร์
3. Able to work in shift (Both day and night shift)
   สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (ทั้งกะกลางวันและกะกลางคืน)
4. Available to work 6 days per week.
   สามารถทำงานได้ 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์
5. 3+ years related with SMT production experience
   มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิต SMT อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
6. Strong leadership skill with experience managing a diverse workforce
   มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำที่ดี และมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมงานที่หลากหลาย
7. Chinese speaking will be special consider
   หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
