What they need
- ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง: วางแผนและควบคุมการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาและคนงานหน้างานให้เป็นไปตามแบบรูปรายการ (Shop Drawing) และงวดงานที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ: ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของงานวิศวกรรมทุกขั้นตอน เพื่อให้ได้มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพตามนโยบายบริษัท
- รายงานความคืบหน้า: จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน (Daily Report) และรายงานประจำสัปดาห์
- ประสานงาน: ประสานงานกับสถาปนิก ตัวแทนเจ้าของโครงการ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคหน้างาน
- ถอดแบบและประมาณการ: ตรวจสอบปริมาณวัสดุที่ใช้จริง และควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายวัสดุหน้างานให้คุ้มค่าที่สุด
- ความปลอดภัย: ดูแลและควบคุมให้การปฏิบัติงานหน้างานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย (Safety) อย่างเคร่งครัด
