Position: Service Engineer

【Job Description】
▽ 1 position to support the AOI team and 1 position to support the YAMAHA team.

• Service engineer support machine in SMT process
  (Installation/ maintenance/ troubleshoot/ training/ production support)
• Provides support to Engineers, reliability / technicians and factory operations teams for continuous improvement activities in Safety, Quality, and cost efficiency.
• Delivering services to customers effectively and on time (Service around nearby Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Prachinburi, Pathum Thani, Chonburi, Samutprakarn, Rayong, etc.)
• Monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance.
• Walking customers through how equipment works including how to use it safely. Providing clear customer feedback
• Out of hours callouts are responded to in a timely manner.
• Follow and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and regulations at all times.
  ▽ Other tasks
• To support Manager and Senior
  Working Area: Mostly around Bangkok, Samut Prakarn, Pathum Thani, Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, Rayong

【Qualification】

• Past experience in Yamaha/SMT/Omron/AOI machines are advantageous
• Pleasant personality, High responsibility, active and Service Minded.
• Can work under pressure, Patient and Trustworthy.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Hard working and can work on board/ holiday / late work
• Need Driving License
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• No smoking

【Working Hour】
08:30-17:30 /Mon - Fri (Sat: Once a month by company calendar and available to work on holiday)
