What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
1 วางแผน คิด และสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์สำหรับ Social Media เช่น Facebook, TikTok และ Rednote (Xiaohongshu)
2 ดูแลและบริหารจัดการช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียของบริษัทให้มีการอัปเดตอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
3 ออกแบบภาพกราฟิกและสร้างวิดีโอสำหรับใช้ในคอนเทนต์
4 ตัดต่อวิดีโอสั้น (Short-form Content) ให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม
5 เขียนแคปชั่นและเนื้อหาคอนเทนต์ให้ตรงกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
6 วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของคอนเทนต์ เช่น Engagement, Reach และนำมาปรับปรุงกลยุทธ์
7 ใช้เครื่องมือ AI เพื่อช่วยในการสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์ เช่น การเขียนข้อความ สร้างภาพ หรือช่วยวางไอเดีย
8 ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ทีมการตลาด ทีมออกแบบ และทีมขาย
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
1 มีความรู้และเข้าใจการใช้งาน Social Media เช่น Facebook, TikTok และ Rednote (Xiaohongshu)
2 สามารถตัดต่อวิดีโอและออกแบบภาพได้ดี
3 มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ เข้าใจเทรนด์ของโซเชียลมีเดีย
4 มีทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือ AI เบื้องต้น (เช่น ใช้ช่วยสร้างคอนเทนต์หรือไอเดีย)
5 มีความรับผิดชอบ ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และบริหารเวลาได้
6 หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Content Creator หรือ Social Media จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
