หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1.วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์
2.ควบคุม Scope, Timeline, Budget และ Resource ของโครงการ
3.กำหนดมาตรฐานการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์และ Coding Standard
4.Review Architecture, Design และ Code Quality
5.สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อน
6.ทำงานร่วมกับ Project Manager, QA, Infrastructure, Support และ Business Team
7.วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจและแปลงเป็น Technical Solution
8.ควบคุมมาตรฐานด้าน Security และ Compliance
9.ให้คำปรึกษา Coaching และพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมงาน
คุณสมบัติ
1.ไม่จำกัดเพศ
2.อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
3.ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4.มีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนา Software และ การบริหารทีม พัฒนา Software อย่างน้อย 4 ปี
