คอยช่วยผู้ใช้แก้ปัญหาหน้างาน และคัดแยก error เบื้องต้นก่อนส่งต่อทีมดูแลระบบ

เวลาทำงาน จันทร์–ศุกร์ 9.00–18.00 (ตามเวลาราชการ)
ที่ทำงาน Onsite 100% ห้าแยกลาดพร้าว สะดวกทั้ง BTS และ MRT

เข้าใจSoftware ได้ไว จับ logic เป็น
แก้ปัญหา IT พื้นฐานเองได้
อธิบายให้คนที่ไม่ใช่สาย IT ฟังเข้าใจ
แยก error เบื้องต้นแล้วส่งต่อให้ทีมได้

คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Help Desk หรือ IT Support ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Software อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของ Windows
