ภาพรวมของตำแหน่ง (Job Overview): เรากำลังมองหาทีมงานฝ่ายขายแนวที่ปรึกษา (Consultative Sales) ที่ไม่ได้เน้นแค่การขายสินค้า แต่สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา นำเสนอโซลูชันที่ตอบโจทย์ลูกค้า และวางแผนงาน (Action Plan) เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities):
- Consult & Identify Needs: เข้าพบและพูดคุยกับลูกค้าเพื่อค้นหาความต้องการ (Pain Points) และให้คำปรึกษาในมุมมองของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
- Solution Offering: นำเสนอสินค้า/บริการในรูปแบบ solution ที่ปรับแต่งให้เหมาะสมกับธุรกิจและปัญหาของลูกค้าแต่ละราย
- Strategic Planning: จัดทำแผนการทำงาน (Action Plan) หรือข้อเสนอโครงการ (Proposal) เพื่อแสดงให้ลูกค้าเห็นถึงผลลัพธ์และวิธีการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ
- Relationship Management: สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าระยะยาว เพื่อสร้างโอกาสในการขายต่อยอดในอนาคต
- Sales Closure: เจรจาต่อรองและปิดการขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย (KPIs) ที่บริษัทกำหนด
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications):
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายแบบ Consultative Sales, B2B Sales หรือ Business Development
- มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Thinking) และสามารถวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอ (Presentation) และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีความน่าเชื่อถือ และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
