รายละเอียด หน้าที่งานหลัก - บริหารงานสปาให้ได้มาตรฐานระดับพรีเมียม - ดูแลคุณภาพการบริการของทีม Therapist - วางแผนยอดขาย ผลักดันให้ถึงเป้าประจำเดือน - ตรวจสอบ Grooming / Flow การบริการ / ความเรียบร้อยของหน้าร้าน - ควบคุมสต๊อก ผลิตภัณฑ์ และงบประมาณ - ดูแลตารางงานและพัฒนาทักษะแบบมืออาชีพให้ทีมงาน คุณสมบัติ - เพศ หญิง/ชาย อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี - มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือความรู้เกี่ยวกับการนวด สุขภาพและสปา - มีใบผู้ได้รับการรับรองจากกระทรวงฯ ️- มีประสบการณ์ Spa Supervisor 2-5 ปี ️- เข้าใจงานสปา, Treatment และการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ -️ มีภาวะผู้นำและทักษาะในการแก้ไขปัญหา -️ ใจรักงานบริการ ยิ้มแย้ม เป็นมิตร -️ สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานได้
