What they need
Job Description
- รับผิดชอบดึงดูดลูกค้ากลุ่ม FIT ชาวจีน และกลุ่มลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพ เข้าใช้บริการที่ร้านค้าตาม Target ที่ตั้งไว้
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Partner เพื่อดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ตามข้อตกลง
- จัดทำ Memo ขออนุมัติ / เอกสารแจ้งรายการ และเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Promotion และ Activity
- จัดเตรียมและประสานงานกับฝ่ายกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับสัญญาต่างๆ ของฝ่ายฯ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน้าร้าน และฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในการจัดเตรียม Promotion และ Activity พร้อมทั้งแก้ไขปัญหา
- จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับค่าใช้จ่าย พร้อมทั้งจัดเก็บเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับ Promotion และ Activity
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualification
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ในงานประสานงานอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
