รายละเอียดงาน
- ดูแล ควบคุม และบริหารทีมเจ้าหน้าที่เร่งรัดหนี้สินทางโทรศัพท์ (Collection)
- วางแผนและติดตามผลการทำงานของทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านยอดจัดเก็บ
- ให้คำแนะนำทีมเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการติดตามหนี้
- วิเคราะห์ผลการทำงานของทีม พร้อมจัดทำรายงาน ประสานงานกับผู้ว่าจ้าง
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายและมาตรฐานของบริษัท
คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน เร่งรัดหนี้สิน อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ระดับ Supervisor / Team Leader จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการบริหารทีมและการติดตาม KPI
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและตัดสินใจได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถทำงานภายใต้เป้าหมายและแรงกดดันได้
