Objective:

ควบคุมดูแล จัดการ และขับเคลื่อนกระบวนการซัพพลายเชนทั้งหมดของบริษัท ตั้งแต่การประสานงานจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ (ผ้า, อะไหล่, บรรจุภัณฑ์) จากซัพพลายเออร์หลักในประเทศจีน การบริหารจัดการขนส่งและพิธีการศุลกากร (Import & Logistics) ไปจนถึงการบริหารคลังสินค้าและการกระจายวัตถุดิบเข้าสู่ไลน์ผลิต เพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตสินค้า Garment และ Giftset เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น ทันเวลา และอยู่ภายใต้ต้นทุนที่เหมาะสม

Import & Supplier Management (การบริหารงานนำเข้าและซัพพลายเออร์จีน):

• ประสานงาน ติดตาม และเจรจาเงื่อนไขการส่งมอบร่วมกับซัพพลายเออร์/โรงงานในจีน เพื่อให้ได้วัตถุดิบที่ถูกต้องตามสเปก (เช่น คุณภาพผ้า, งานสกรีน, เกรดของพรีเมียม)
• ควบคุมดูแลกระบวนการนำเข้า ประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่ง (Freight Forwarder) และกรมศุลกากร เพื่อเคลียร์สินค้าให้รวดเร็วและป้องกันปัญหาของติดด่าน
• ประเมินผลการทำงานของซัพพลายเออร์ (Supplier Evaluation) ทั้งในแง่คุณภาพ ราคา และความตรงต่อเวลา

Inventory & Warehouse Control (การบริหารคลังสินค้าคงคลัง):

• ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการจัดเก็บวัตถุดิบสำหรับงาน Garment (ม้วนผ้า, ด้าย, กระดุม) และ Giftset (กล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์, ตัวสินค้า) ให้เป็นระบบ
• บริหารจัดการปริมาณสินค้าคงคลัง (Safety Stock) ให้สมดุล ไม่เกิดปัญหาสินค้าขาดมือ (Stockout) จนไลน์ผลิตสะดุด หรือมีสินค้าค้างคลังจนทุนจม
• วางแผนและควบคุมการตรวจนับสต็อกประจำเดือน/ประจำปี ร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Production Planning & Coordination (การประสานงานจัดส่งฝ่ายผลิต):

• วางแผนเชื่อมโยงกำหนดการเดินเรือ/ขนส่งจากจีน ร่วมกับแผนกผลิตและฝ่ายขาย (Sales) เพื่ออัปเดตสถานะการส่งมอบสินค้าให้แม่นยำ
• ควบคุมดูแลการจ่ายวัตถุดิบเข้าสู่โรงงานผลิตให้ตรงตามกระบวนการและแผนงาน

Team Leadership & Process Improvement (การบริหารทีมและพัฒนาระบบ):

• ควบคุมดูแล มอบหมายงาน และให้คำแนะนำแก่เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อ เจ้าหน้าที่คลังสินค้า หรือผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาในซัพพลายเชนเพื่อลดต้นทุนแฝง (เช่น ค่าจอดรอตู้สินค้า, ค่าขนส่งซ้ำซ้อน) และพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Arts or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, overseas purchasing, or import-export operations with experience in the garment industry, garment manufacturing, or premium/luxury goods
• Proficiency in English or Chinese (proficiency at HSK Level 5 or above is an advantage)
• Experience in contacting Chinese suppliers is preferred and able to manage manpower
• Knowledge of customs clearance, Incoterms, and import documentation. Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and advanced Excel for inventory analysis and forecasting
• Able to start work immediately

Working location: Head Office at Soi Phutthabucha, Bang Mod, Jom Thong, Bangkok
Working hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 - 18.00 (Saturday work required only on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month)
Candidates residing in the nearby area are a plus 
Having a personal car is an advantage for commuting to work

Supervise 15-20 subrodinates - Team Leader, Officer, Staff
