รายละเอียดงาน
- ดูแลและจัดการระบบ Infrastructure ของบริษัท, MS 365, MS Team, OneDrive, ประสานงานกับทีม DST (IT สิงคโปร์) ในงานด้าน Cyber Security
- ดูแลและจัดการระบบ IP Phone (VoIP), ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) และเครื่องบันทึกภาพ (NVR) รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- นำเสนอการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ที่จำเป็น ประสานงานกับ Vendor และหน่วยงานภายใน
- ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาระบบ IT เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาที่จะเกิดขึ้น นำส่งรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามกำหนด
- ให้บริการ IT Support แก่ผู้ใช้งานในองค์กร ทั้งฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 28 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ / IT หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี งาน infrastructure / network / Router / Switch Configuration / wifi / firewall
- มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษระดับดี สื่อสารพิมพ์โต้ตอบกับ Headquarters ชาวสิงคโปร์ / ชาวมาเลเซียได้
- service mind และสามารถยืดหยุ่นเวลาในการทำงานได้
- มีความคล่องตัวในการเดินทาง กรณีมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
