System Integration Engineer (Fortune Tower)

รับผิดชอบการออกแบบ พัฒนา และบริหารจัดการระบบเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลและระบบดิจิทัลภายในโรงงาน เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิต และการขับเคลื่อน Smart Factory & Digital Transformation โดยครอบคลุมระบบ Automation, SCADA, MES, Industrial IoT, Data Platform และ Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• ออกแบบ พัฒนา และดูแล System Integration / Integration Architecture ระหว่างระบบ PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP, WMS, CMMS และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• พัฒนาและบริหารจัดการ Middleware / Data Integration สำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลแบบ Real-time และ Historical Data
• ดำเนินโครงการด้าน Industrial Automation, Smart Factory และ Digital Transformation ตั้งแต่ Design, Development, Deployment, Testing, Commissioning และ Maintenance
• พัฒนาและดูแลระบบ SCADA, HMI, Alarm Management และ Historical Data System
• พัฒนาและปรับปรุง MES Functions เช่น Production Tracking, Traceability, OEE, Downtime Monitoring และ Quality Monitoring
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและประยุกต์ใช้ Industrial Data / Analytics เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิตและสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ
• ออกแบบ พัฒนา และดูแล OT Infrastructure และ Industrial Communication Systems
• ประสานงานกับทีม Engineering, Production, IT, OT และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้โครงการสามารถดำเนินการได้ตามเป้าหมาย
• จัดทำเอกสารด้าน System Architecture, Technical Specification, Testing และ Commissioning

Required Qualifications

• ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา Instrumentation Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ 2–10 ปี ในด้าน System Integration, Industrial Automation, MES, SCADA, Industrial IoT หรือ Industrial Data Analytics
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน โรงงานอุตสาหกรรม และ/หรือโครงการด้าน Smart Factory / Digital Transformation
• มีความเข้าใจระบบ OT (Operational Technology) และการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างระบบ OT และ IT
• สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ออกแบบ Solution และทำงานร่วมกับทีม Cross-functional ได้ดี
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับที่สามารถอ่าน Technical Documents และสื่อสารในการทำงานได้

Technical Skills

• PLC: Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley
• Industrial Protocols: OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Profinet
• SCADA / MES: มีประสบการณ์ใช้งานหรือพัฒนาระบบ SCADA / MES
• Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Programming: Python, SQL, C#, JavaScript, VBA
• มีความเข้าใจด้าน Industrial IoT, Data Platform, Data Historian, API / Middleware และ System Integration จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
