We are hiring an System Operation Engineer at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)

Workday: Work 3 days, alternate 3 days off according to the work schedule (work just about 15 days per month) and work in shifts (shifts day 9.00 a.m.-9.00 p.m. and shifts night 9.00 p.m.-9.00 a.m.), switch shifts every 1 month

Subordinate: IT Operation (senior and officer level) about 10-15 persons per shifts

Job Responsibilities

รับผิดชอบการเฝ้าระวัง (Monitoring) และดูแลเสถียรภาพของระบบ Server และ Network ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของทีม IT Operation และทีมพัฒนา ให้ระบบสามารถให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่องภายใต้มาตรฐาน ITIL

1. การเฝ้าระวังและรายงานผล (Monitoring & Reporting):

-  เฝ้าระวังสถานะ Server (Windows/Linux), Network และ Application ผ่านเครื่องมือ Real-time Monitoring

-  ตรวจสอบ System Logs และจัดทำรายงาน Daily Operations Report, Health Check และบันทึก Log Sheet เพื่อส่งต่อข้อมูลให้กะถัดไป

2. การสนับสนุนงานระดับ Senior และทีมพัฒนา (Senior Support & Deployment):

-  ให้การสนับสนุนและทำงานร่วมกับทีม Developer และ Senior IT Operation ในการ Deploy Application, Patch หรือ Update Version ใหม่

-  ร่วมมือกับ Senior IT Operation ติดตั้งและกำหนดค่า Server หรือ Service ใหม่ (System Installation & Configuration) ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

-  เป็นด่านหน้า (First Responder) ในการประสานงาน และส่งต่อปัญหาไปยังผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับสูง (2nd/3rd Tier) หรือ Vendor ตามกรอบ SLA

3. การจัดการเหตุการณ์และสำรองข้อมูล (Incident & Backup):

-  วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น (Troubleshooting) ทั้งทาง Hardware, OS และ Service ต่างๆ

-  ตรวจสอบสถานะการสำรองข้อมูล (Backup Monitoring) และทดสอบการกู้คืน (Restore Test) ตามแผน

4. การดูแลหน้างานและอุปกรณ์เฉพาะทาง (Site Operations & Assets):

-  ดูแลอุปกรณ์หน้างานของระบบ Auto Gate เช่น Machine Reader, กล้อง, Sensor และระบบ CCTV

-  บริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินและอะไหล่ (Asset & Spare parts) ติดตามการเคลมและอัปเดต Asset List

-  ประสานงานหน้างานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (AOT/ตม.) เพื่อควบคุมพื้นที่และลดผลกระทบต่อผู้โดยสารเมื่อเกิดเหตุขัดข้อง

Qualifications

-  วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

-  มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป ในงาน System Engineer

-  มีความรู้พื้นฐานในระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows Server และ Linux (Ubuntu, Centos, RedHat ฯลฯ)

-  เข้าใจ Concept ของ Network (IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall)

-  สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ (Shift Work) ได้ตามตารางเวร และทำงาน 3 วัน หยุด 3 วันได้

-  มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการ ITIL (หากมีใบรับรอง ITIL Foundation จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

-  สามารถสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และเขียนรายงานได้ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ

-  พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ หากมีความรู้ในเครื่องมือ Monitoring (เช่น Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG, Opmanager) หรือ Backup Software (เช่น Veeam, Veritas)
