หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Job Responsibilities)
- ช่วยวางแผน เตรียมการ และจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนร่วมกับครูประจำชั้น
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการของนักเรียน
- สังเกตพฤติกรรม พัฒนาการ และการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน พร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือตามความเหมาะสม
- ดูแลสุขอนามัย ความปลอดภัย และความเป็นอยู่ของนักเรียนในระหว่างวัน
- ดูแลความสะอาด ความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย และความพร้อมของห้องเรียนและสื่อการเรียนการสอน
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้ปกครอง รวมถึงประสานงานเกี่ยวกับนักเรียนตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่โรงเรียนหรือผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Qualifications)
- เพศหญิง
- อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ ศึกษาศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสอนหรือการดูแลนักเรียนอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีใจรักในการทำงานกับเด็ก มีความอดทน ใจเย็น และมีความรับผิดชอบ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- มีความกระตือรือร้น พร้อมเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
