รายละเอียดงาน

ช่างแอร์ไฟฟ้า หลายอัตรา

1.ดูแล/ซ่อมแซมระบบต่างๆภายในอาคาร, ห้องพัก เช่น ไฟฟ้า ประปา แอร์ และงานเซอร์วิสต่างๆ

2.ดำเนินการจัดซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการซ่อมบำรุงให้ตรงตามคุณลักษณะที่กำหนด

3.ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของงานทั้งก่อนและหลังการปฏิบัติงาน

4.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ช่างทาสี/ฝ้า/กระเบื้อง หลายอัตรา

1.ทาสี พ่นสี และเก็บรายละเอียดงานสีภายในอาคาร

2.ติดตั้งงานฝ้า ผนัง งานกระเบื้อง ปูพื้น

3.งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• จบการศึกษาวุฒิ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี

• หากมีประสาบการณ์สายงานโรงแรมและคอนโดจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีใจรักงานบริการ

• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้

• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้บ้างจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์

• มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
