Job description :

1. หาและติดต่อนายหน้า/Creator เพื่อแนะนำสินค้า (>>TikTok Affiliate<<)
2. ดูแลความสัมพันธ์ พูดคุยและให้คำแนะนำนายหน้าในการทำคลิป และการไลฟ์
3. วิเคราะห์ยอดขายและประสิทธิภาพของนายหน้าแต่ละราย + ทำรายงานเสนอให้ทีม
4. สร้างยอดวิวและยอดขาย ผลักดันให้นายหน้าสร้างคลิปที่น่าสนใจเพื่อปิดยอดตามเป้า
5. ติดตามเทรนด์ และความเป็นไปของตลาดนายหน้า
6. ทำงานร่วมกับทีมมาร์เก็ตติ้ง เพื่อวางแผนการนำเสนอสินค้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
7. ทำงานร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลนายหน้าฝั่ง Shopee

คุณสมบัติ:

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารต่างๆ ถ้าเคยมีประสบการณ์ดูแลและติดต่อนายหน้า/Creator จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ดูแลไลฟ์สดหรือขายของออนไลน์ (TikTok / Facebook/ Shopee)
• เข้าใจระบบหลังบ้านและเครื่องมือของแพลตฟอร์ม Tiktok/ Shopee
• มีทักษะการจัดการทีม มีความสามารถในการวางแผน วิเคราะห์ และสามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และยืดหยุ่นเวลาได้
• มีทักษะในการประสานงาน การสื่อสาร และเข้าใจพฤติกรรมของลูกค้าออนไลน์
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และเข้าใจการตลาดออนไลน์ รวมถึงอัปเดตเทรนด์ใหม่ๆเสมอ

เงินเดือนเริ่มต้น 18,000-20,000 บาท หรือตามตกลงขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์ (ต่อรองได้)

About the role

The TikTok Creator Affiliate Coordinator identifies and contacts influencers/creators to introduce products through TikTok Affiliate. The role involves managing relationships, providing guidance to creators on content creation and live streaming, analyzing sales performance and effectiveness of individual creators, and preparing reports to drive views and sales. The coordinator pushes creators to produce engaging content to meet targets, monitors market trends and opportunities, collaborates with the marketing team to plan effective product presentations, and works with Shopee platform staff.

Key responsibilities

• Find and contact influencers/creators to introduce products via TikTok Affiliate
• Manage relationships and communicate with creators, providing guidance on clip creation and live streaming
• Analyze sales performance and effectiveness of individual creators
• Create reports and present to the team to drive views and sales
• Encourage creators to produce engaging content to meet sales targets
• Monitor trends and market opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan effective product presentations
• Work with Shopee platform staff

About you

• Experience in various communication methods; experience managing and contacting influencers/creators is highly valued
• Experience managing live streams or selling online (TikTok / Facebook / Shopee)
• Understanding of backend systems and tools of TikTok / Shopee platforms
• Team management skills with ability to plan, analyze, and solve problems effectively
• Ability to work in shifts and flexible hours
• Coordination, communication skills, and understanding of online customer behavior
• Creativity and understanding of online marketing, with ability to stay updated on new trends
