Transport Trailer Operations Supervisor

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Job Responsibilities)

1. ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายรถขนส่งบริหารจัดการการดำเนินงานของรถขนส่งสำหรับลูกค้าหลายราย
   Assist the Truck Fleet Manager in managing transportation operations for multiple clients.
2. ช่วยวางแผนตารางการจัดส่งและจัดสรรรถให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
   Assist in planning delivery schedules and allocating vehicles according to client requirements.
3. วางแผนและปรับปรุงเส้นทางการขนส่ง เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุน
   Optimize transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
4. ตรวจสอบระยะทางและอัตราการใช้น้ำมัน รวมถึงติดตามการใช้น้ำมันผ่านระบบ GPS
   Monitor distance data and fuel rates, and track fuel usage through GPS.
5. กำกับดูแลพนักงานขับรถให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและมาตรฐานของบริษัทและลูกค้า
   Supervise drivers to ensure compliance with company and client policies and standards.
6. ประสานงานการอบรมด้านความปลอดภัยและการปฏิบัติงานสำหรับพนักงานขับรถ
   Coordinate safety training and operational workshops for drivers.
7. ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานภายในเกี่ยวกับความคืบหน้าของงานและการแก้ไขปัญหา
   Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding job progress and problem resolution.
8. ติดตามสถานะรถ ความพร้อมของรถ ความถูกต้องของการจัดส่ง และ KPI ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
   Monitor fleet availability, vehicle readiness, delivery accuracy, and relevant KPIs.
9. แก้ไขปัญหาฉุกเฉินและดำเนินการตามแผนสำรองเพื่อให้การขนส่งเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
   Handle emergency situations and execute contingency plans to ensure smooth transportation operations.

คุณสมบัติ (Requirements)

1. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดรถและประสานงานรถบรรทุกอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
   At least 5 years of experience in truck fleet dispatching and coordination.
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขนส่งสินค้านำเข้าและส่งออกอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
   At least 3 years of experience in import and export transportation.
3. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาฉุกเฉินและดำเนินการตามแผนสำรองได้
   Ability to handle emergency situations and execute contingency plans.
4. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
   Ability to work under pressure and cooperate effectively with the team.
5. สามารถใช้งานระบบ TMS (Transportation Management System) ได้
   Proficient in using TMS (Transportation Management System).
6. ใช้ภาษาไทยได้ในระดับเจ้าของภาษา และหากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
   Thai native speaker; English communication skills are preferred.
