Treasury Finance Officer
Key Responsibilities ;
- บริหารเงินสดและกระแสเงินสด (Cash Management): ควบคุมและดูแลบัญชีธนาคาร ติดตามการรับ-จ่ายเงิน และวางแผนให้มีเงินหมุนเวียนเพียงพอต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ
- บริหารความเสี่ยงทางการเงิน (Financial Risk Management): ป้องกันความเสี่ยงจากความผันผวนของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน (Foreign Exchange) และอัตราดอกเบี้ย (Interest Rates) รวมถึงความเสี่ยงด้านสภาพคล่อง [1]
- การลงทุนระยะสั้น (Short-term Investment): นำเงินสดส่วนเกินขององค์กรไปลงทุนในสินทรัพย์สภาพคล่องสูง เช่น ตั๋วเงินคลัง หรือเงินฝากระยะสั้น เพื่อให้เกิดผลตอบแทนสูงสุด
- จัดหาเงินทุนและบริหารหนี้ (Funding & Debt Management): หาแหล่งเงินทุนที่มีต้นทุนต่ำและเหมาะสม จัดการวงเงินสินเชื่อกับธนาคาร หรือบริหารภาระหนี้สินขององค์กร
- บริหารศูนย์กลางทางการเงิน (Treasury Center): ทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางรับ-จ่ายเงินแทนบริษัทในเครือ หรือบริหารจัดการการหักกลบภาระผูกพันระหว่างกัน
Qualifications
ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีหรือการเงิน
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงิน Treasury อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
สามารถใช้ MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint เป็นอย่างดี
ทักษะบริหารงานและการสื่อสาร และการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมได้อย่างดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
