หน้าที่หลัก:
- วิเคราะห์และประเมินความเสี่ยงในการรับประกันภัย เพื่อกำหนดเงื่อนไขในการรับประกัน และกำหนดอัตราเบี้ยประกันที่เหมาะสม
- บริหารจัดการงานรับประกันภัยทั่วไปของบริษัทให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- พัฒนา ปรับปรุง และควบคุมกระบวนการรับประกันภัยให้มีคุณภาพและมีมาตรฐานสูงขึ้น
- กำกับดูแล ติดตาม และควบคุมการทำงานของทีมงานฝ่ายรับประกันภัยทั่วไปให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำแก่ทีมงานในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาประกันภัย ธุรกิจประกันภัย สถิติ การเงิน บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการรับประกันภัยอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์บริหารงานในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย กฎระเบียบ และข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานประกันภัย
- มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และการตัดสินใจอย่างมีระบบ
- มีภาวะผู้นำ มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการ และการทำงานเป็นทีม
