1.ควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ภายในบริษัทให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่ทางบริษัทกำหนดไว้ และสามารถรับประกันคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ทางบริษัทส่งออก ไปจนถึงมือผู้บริโภคได้ โดยครอบคลุมระบบคุณภาพ ISO ตามที่บริษัทได้รับการรับรอง เช่น ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018, GHPs, HACCP, HALAL, BRC เป็นต้น
2.วิเคราะห์ค่ามาตรฐานในการตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิต
3.ประเมินทักษะของพนักงานภายในแผนกประกันคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ ระดับพนักงานประกันคุณภาพ
4.รวบรวมข้อมูลในการทำ KPI ของแผนกประกันคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
5.รายงานสรุปการทำงานของแผนกประกันคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์และนำเสนอผู้บริหารทุกเดือน
6.จัดทำข้อมูลการตรวจสอบสินค้าสำเร็จรูปเพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพประจำปีโดยอ้างอิงกฎหมาย
