รายละเอียดงานและหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- วางแผนและกำหนด Action Plan ในการขายสินค้า และขยายตลาด ประจำพื้นที่
- นำเสนอสินค้าและโน้มน้าวให้ผู้ออกแบบกำหนด Spec Laminate เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทให้ลูกค้า กลุ่มร้านค้า กลุ่มผู้รับเหมา กลุ่มสถาปนิค เป็นต้น
- ติดตามการสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าเพื่อให้การส่งมอบสินค้าให้ลูกค้าทันตามกำหนดเวลา
- เยี่ยมเยือนลูกค้าเป็นประจำ เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ตลอดจนจัดการด้านบุคลากรเพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่า งานในส่วนของแผนกขาย (ผู้ออกแบบ) มีประสิทธิผล เป็นไปตาม KPI ที่กำหนด และอยู่ภายใต้กรอบนโยบายของบริษัท
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์งานขาย พื้นที่ต่างจังหวัด 2-3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่และกระตือรือร้นสูง
- ทักษะการขาย และการเจรจาต่อรอง การติดตามงาน การคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์
- สามารถนำรถยนต์มาใช้ในการทำงานได้
- มี Service mind และ Positive thinking
- หากมีประสบการณ์ขายสินค้าประเภท Construction material หรือ Laminate จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
