สถานที่ทำงาน: สำนักงานใหญ่ธนาคาร ติด BTS พร้อมพงษ์
รายได้: 26,000 บาท/เดือน
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ดูแลและสนับสนุน แคมเปญบัตรเครดิต ตั้งแต่เตรียมข้อมูล สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ และการตั้งค่าระบบ
- ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้แคมเปญเปิดใช้งานได้ ตรงเวลาและข้อมูลถูกต้อง
- ดูแลสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ทั้งช่องทางภายในและภายนอก
- จัดทำ รายงานแคมเปญ งบประมาณ และเอกสารค่าใช้จ่าย
- ประสานงานเรื่องสื่อ อุปกรณ์ และสินค้ากับทีมจัดซื้อ/คลังสินค้า รวมถึงติดตามการใช้งานและการเคลม
- จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับ Cashback และสิทธิประโยชน์ของแคมเปญ
- รับเรื่องและประสานงานแก้ไข ข้อร้องเรียนจาก Call Center
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
