What they need
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ออกแบบและจัดเรียงสินค้าในร้านค้าให้น่าสนใจ สอดคล้องกับคอนเซ็ปต์และแคมเปญการตลาดของบริษัท
- จัดทำแผนผังการจัดวางสินค้า (Planogram) ให้เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่จำหน่ายและยอดขาย
- ตกแต่งหน้าร้านและพื้นที่จัดแสดงโปรโมชั่นให้มีความโดดเด่นตามเทศกาลและกิจกรรมพิเศษ
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมมาตรฐานการจัดวางสินค้าในทุกสาขาให้เป็นไปตามแนวทางที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ซัพพลายเออร์ และสาขาต่าง ๆ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการจำหน่ายสินค้าใหม่และการจัดกิจกรรมพิเศษ
- จัดทำป้ายราคา ป้ายโปรโมชั่น และป้ายตกแต่งเพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศภายในร้าน
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานด้าน Visual Merchandising เพื่อนำไปใช้ปรับปรุงและพัฒนางานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
คุณสมบัติ
- มีทักษะด้านศิลปะ การออกแบบ และการจัดวางสินค้า
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Visual Merchandising, Display หรือ Retail จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบพื้นฐาน เช่น Photoshop และ Illustrator ได้
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- สามารถเดินทางตรวจสอบและดำเนินงานตามสาขาต่าง ๆ ได้
