What they need
- ดูแลและจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานคลังสินค้า เช่น ใบรับสินค้า ใบเบิกสินค้า ใบส่งสินค้า และเอกสารการคืนสินค้า
- บันทึกข้อมูลการรับเข้า (Inbound) และจ่ายออก (Outbound) ของสินค้าในระบบคลังสินค้า / ERP / Excel ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ตรวจสอบจำนวนสินค้าและข้อมูล Stock ให้ตรงกับสินค้าจริง รวมถึงสนับสนุนการตรวจนับสินค้า (Stock Count / Cycle Count)
- จัดทำ Stock Report และรายงานการรับ–จ่ายสินค้า ประจำวัน / สัปดาห์ / เดือน
- ตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการจัดส่งสินค้า เช่น Packing List, Delivery Note และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Logistics และพนักงานคลังสินค้า เพื่อให้การรับ–จ่ายและจัดส่งสินค้าเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
- ตรวจสอบสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้า และติดตามปัญหาสินค้าขาด/เกิน/เสียหาย หรือการจัดส่งล่าช้า
- จัดเก็บเอกสารและข้อมูลสินค้าอย่างเป็นระบบ สามารถค้นหาและตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้
- ดูแลข้อมูลสินค้า Solar Cell และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Solar Panels, Inverters, Mounting Systems และ Accessories
- สนับสนุนงานด้าน Inventory Control และช่วยวิเคราะห์ความคลาดเคลื่อนของ Stock
- จัดทำรายงานและสรุปข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานคลังสินค้าและงานธุรการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
