Warehouse Manager

Roles & Responsibilities/ หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Operational Efficiency: Organize facility layouts, optimize storage space, and streamline picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, conduct regular audits, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff. Assign shifts, performance monitoring and enforce productivity and disciplinary standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure the warehouse complies with all occupational health and safety laws.Maintain facility security and inspect machinery (e.g., forklifts) to minimize hazards.
• Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare operational budgets, and generate regular reports on productivity, dead stock, and costs
• Other Tasks as assigned

Job Specification/ คุณสมบัติประจำตำแหน่ง

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field

• At least 7 years, working experience as warehouse management in logistics industry only.

• At least 5 years, management experience as supervisor or assistant manager

• Optimizes facility operations by overseeing daily receiving, storage and dispatch of goods. They are strategic leaders who manage inventory accuracy, enforce safety protocols (e.g., 5S/7S methodologies), drive cost efficiency, and utilize advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to hit operational KPIs.

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and MS Office especially MS Excel.

• Strong management skills (Team management, planning and organizing).

• A blend of decisive leadership, analytical problem solving, and meticulous organization.

  Effectively oversee inventory, optimize daily workflows and maintain strict safety and compliance standards while remaining calm under pressure.
