What they need
- ดูแลและตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของอาคารและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง รวมถึงรับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากผู้เช่าและผู้ใช้บริการ พร้อมติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาจนแล้วเสร็จ
- ควบคุมและประสานงานทีม รปภ. แม่บ้าน และคนสวน ให้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานและขอบเขตงานที่กำหนด
- จัดทำเอกสารเสนอขออนุมัติจัดซื้อ/จัดจ้าง รวมถึงประสานงานและจัดหาผู้รับเหมาเพื่อดำเนินการซ่อมแซม ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขปัญหาภายในพื้นที่อาคาร
- จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานอาคาร รวมถึงงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
