MuleSoft Integration Developer / Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MuleSoft Integration Developer/Consultant to support enterprise integration initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform , API development, system integrations, and data transformation. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform .
• Build, test, and deploy secure, scalable APIs and integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain integration flows, connectors, and reusable components.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

API Development & Service Integration

• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based services.
• Configure, consume, and manage APIs across multiple enterprise systems.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and routing based on business requirements.
• Ensure API security, governance, and best practices are followed.

Database & Data Management

• Write and optimize SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and database operations.
• Support integration workflows through efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with project specifications.

Collaboration & Solution Delivery

• Collaborate closely with development, QA, product, business, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews.
• Provide recommendations for integration strategies, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience developing integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform .
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with DataWeave, API design, and message transformation.
• Strong SQL and database management skills.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft Certifications (MuleSoft Certified Developer or related credentials).
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven integrations.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker .
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
