MuleSoft Integration Lead / Enterprise Integration Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Integration Lead to lead the implementation of an Enterprise Integration Platform and API integration initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of enterprise integration and API solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Lead requirements elicitation, technical and functional design, integration development, configuration, testing, migration, and deployment activities.
• Design and implement scalable integration solutions connecting internal and external systems.
• Lead API design, development, standardization, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical direction on API-led connectivity, integration patterns, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Lead the migration of identified APIs and ensure compatibility with interfacing systems.
• Oversee integration testing, system testing, UAT preparation, and production deployment.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and SLAs are met.
• Lead technical and end-user training, including preparation of training materials, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical and functional changes across releases.
• Support security and compliance requirements, including coordination of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and implementation of appropriate security controls.
• Establish and maintain processes for software releases, upgrades, and product enhancements.
• Monitor API and integration performance, availability, and functional correctness.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to integration developers.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and API issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Ensure integration solutions are designed to support future enhancements, upgrades, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, API development, or middleware technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, REST APIs, RAML, and DataWeave.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions.
• Experience with API migration, system integration, and hybrid cloud/on-premise environments.
• Experience with API management, monitoring, security, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, connectors, message routing, and data transformation.
• Experience leading technical teams or enterprise integration projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with UAT, technical documentation, deployment, and production implementation.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD is an advantage.
