What they need
Prepare & verify commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading
Handle export documentation, including pre-shipment & post-shipment documents
Plan & evaluate export operations
Track shipments ETA & ETD & ensure dispatch as per export schedules.
Required Candidate profile
Track active shipments, resolve transit delays and update clients on delivery timelines
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders etc.
Maintain export records.
Familiarity with export incentives.
